Overview
Research and Development in Science and Technology to Create the New Civilization
We will prepare an exciting learning environment that challenges traditional thinking, promotes education and research innovation, and develops ideas useful for the people of the world. There are two courses in undergraduate courses: a four-year regular course and a two-year course specialized in research.
The fields of education and research in faculties are mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, information engineering. Learn innovative technologies in the fields of physics, chemistry, aerospace engineering, biology, food science and so on. HSU takes an interdisciplinary approach in science, technology, engineering and mathematics classes and offers education that can be used in practice by what you learned.
In the education curriculum, in the first grade you will acquire a wide range of cultures including religion. In the second grade we focus on machine related or electronic related research. There are courses on industrial technology and technology management. In the 3rd grade, along with learning in the specialized field, participate in the present and prepare for the next graduation research for the 4th grade.
Also, if students have areas of special interest, there is also an option to choose the course accordingly. Students who wish to conduct specific research from the time of enrollment can belong to laboratories and research circles separately from the class and can conduct specialized research ahead of time. And at the undergraduate second grade, students are also presenting in English not only at domestic academic presentations but also at international conferences abroad.

RESEARCH PROJECTS
In 2016, we launched six "research projects" within Faculty of Future Industry in order to reveal the secret of the multidimensional universe and create the origin of the future civilization. Most faculty stuffs participate in plural projects, have various research topics, and are conducting research with students. For more information of each staff 's specialized area and career, please refer to the page of each faculty member.
Food Production Project | Mission:Solution of food problems |
---|
While the world's population is approaching 10 billion people, solution of food problems is inevitable. At the plant factory, we are studying basic research for cultivating various plants, development of artificial foods, growth promotion technology and so on.
Energy Project | Mission:Research and Development of Future Energy |
---|
It is also important to secure a new energy source different from fossil energy and nuclear power. We are investigating and studying whether there are any unknown energy sources available including utilization of natural energy.
Space Project | Mission:Development of Space Technology |
---|
In the future, mankind will advance into space more and more. We are exploring the space technology of the future, including development of small satellites.
Supernature Project | Mission:Elucidation of Multiverse and Spiritual Science |
---|
We began a research to elucidate the multidimensional universe theoretically. It also puts the scope to elucidate the mystery of the spirit world scientifically.
Future Seeds Project | Mission:Creation of Wealth by Invention |
---|
It is a project to improve the happiness of people and to invent seeds of industry in the near future.
National Defense Project | Mission:Development of Defense Technology |
---|
Defense technology is essential as there are some danger areas that threaten world peace order. We are studying fundamental technologies to protect people.
